This privacy policy applies to the ScribbleView app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Hayato Onodera (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Commercial service.
Access Analysis
This application uses App Analytics, Apple’s application analysis tool, for access analysis to analyze usage status based on the number of app downloads and active users.
location information
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third Party Access
This application basically does not provide personal information to third parties.
However, Service Provider may disclose information provided by the user and automatically collected information in the following cases
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

本アプリケーションは、アクセス解析にApple社のアプリ解析ツールApp Analyticsを利用して、アプリのダウンロード数やアクティブなユーザー数などからご利用状況を解析いたします。
位置情報
本アプリケーションは、お客様のモバイルデバイスの位置に関する正確な情報を収集しません。
個人情報の第三者提供について
本アプリでは、基本的には個人情報の第三者提供をすることはありません。
ただし、以下の場合においてサービス提供者は、ユーザーから提供された情報および自動的に収集された情報を開示することができるものとします。
・召喚状または類似の法的手続きに従うなど、法律で義務付けられている場合
・自己の権利の保護、お客様または他者の安全の保護、不正行為の調査、または政府の要請への対応のために開示が必要であると誠意を持って信じる場合
オプトアウト
お客様は、本アプリケーションをアンインストールすることにより、本アプリケーションによるすべての情報収集を簡単に停止することができます。 モバイルデバイスの一部として、またはモバイルアプリケーションマーケットプレイスやネットワーク経由で利用可能な標準的なアンインストールプロセスを使用することができます。
セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の機密性を保護することに配慮しています。 サービス提供者は、サービス提供者が処理し、維持する情報を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き上の保護措置を提供します。
同意
お客様は、本アプリを利用することにより、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されたお客様の情報の処理に同意したものとみなされます。
